our process

Our process varies depending on what kind of service you require. We can have a quick turnaround and hand-off for as-built drawings or a more collaborative experience for construction drawings. No matter what option you choose, we will deliver great work on time and on budget while maintaining communication throughout the entire project.

site measurements

Site measurements take about 1-2 hours depending on the scope of the project. We can go to site independently if necessary so this process can be hands-off. For most projects, the turn around time is 24 hr to process the scans into PDF floor plans and the 3D walk-through.

as-built drawings

As-built drawing packages are the starting point for any construction project. Our drawings reflect the existing on-site conditions gathered using the site measurements from the iGuide. Our as-built packages include floor plans with dimensions, lighting and mechanical fixtures as well as any elevations you require.

construction drawings

We believe construction drawings are vital to ensuring projects are built and delivered to the highest standards. Collaborating from the start, we will update and maintain the drawings throughout the project as well participate in meetings and site visits. Our goal is to communicate the vision of the designer to the builder with some of the highest quality drawing packages in the industry.
